The book documents the restoration done on the precious wooden crucifix , unattributed but dated to 1495-1500, close to Benedetto da Maiano school. The publication goes through the work of restorer Lisa Venerosi Pesciolini and the latest methods of diagnostic analysis applied by Art-Test. Now, after this accurate intervention, the crucifix will be returned to a new place of honor back inside Fuligno’s Cenacolo site, in Florence, with an official presentation on May 19th, at 12.00. << click on the image for more info

6 dec 2011 The miraculous "Madonna delle Acque" is back in Impruneta after some restoration. During the conservation work some new interesting data has emerged thanks to RX and IR reflectography.
